Tour & Activity Partners of Tripster Can Now Benefit from Integration with Redeam
With hundreds of suppliers in common, the two tour and activity-based services now make managing fulfillment a snap.
Boulder, CO (October 7, 2019) – Redeam, a leading global connectivity company providing channel management and voucher redemption services to tour and activity operators today announced a new partnership with Tripster, an online travel agency (OTA) specializing in tours and activities in over 25 destinations across the U.S. and Canada. The partnership, which centers on an integration between the two companies, will allow travel suppliers who use Redeam’s services to more easily manage fulfillment of Tripster bookings.
“We are always looking to enrich our services for our guests, and fulfillment is key to the overall experience,” said John Johnson, President and CEO of Tripster. “Working with Redeam will improve our customers’ experience as well as meet the efficiency of account management goals that our travel suppliers seek to benefit from Redeam’s services.”
Redeam now joins the collection of integrations Tripster already has in play such as Rezdy and Fareharbor, among other ticketing platforms. As Tripster strives to meet the connectivity demands of its travel suppliers, integrating with Redeam, a leader in the tour and activity segment, provides a gateway to maintain and grow its travel supplier partnerships.
“Redeam is forging some incredible partnerships, enabling seamless connectivity between tour and attraction operators and the ecosystem expanding these operators’ go-to-market strategies,” said Melanie Meador, President and CEO of Redeam. “Empowering distribution allows operators to sell more tickets and book more reservations, and we are thrilled to be working in tandem Tripster to help accomplish these goals, especially within the major travel markets throughout the United States.”
