Melanie Meador

President and CEO

Melanie Ryan Meador is a travel industry veteran and business transformation specialist having spent 20+ years in hospitality and online travel prior to joining Redeam in June 2018. Melanie’s travel industry roots began when she worked for Sunburst Hospitality as Director of Revenue Management and Transient Sales, where she pioneered the corporate adoption of online technology “firsts” that led the company to experience exponential revenue growth in just three years. She then went on to serve as VP of Strategic Accounts and Business Development at Orbitz Worldwide, where she led a high-performing global strategic sales and account team. Melanie, a member of HEDNA (Hotel Electronic Distribution Network Association) for 12 years, was an eight-year board member before being elected the National President for two consecutive two-year terms. Melanie also previously served as Chief Strategy Officer at FORTRUST, a Tier III colocation data center, and Chief Revenue Officer of BankRate, where she led a business transformation that resulted in the company’s acquisition. Melanie is also the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of the Meadors Masters Foundation, a 501c3 nonprofit organization focused on providing humanitarian support globally to those in need. Melanie has a BS in Marketing and Organizational Leadership from Colorado State University.

Chris is a seasoned technical/software/infrastructure architect/technical leader who has spent 25 years in hospitality technology. Prior to joining Redeam, Chris was the Director of Architecture for all U.S.-based engineering teams of DerbySoft and the Systems Architect for Pegasus Solutions. At Redeam, Chris oversees the building, integration, and maintenance of outbound API connections from Redeam’s core solutions to the back-end of third-parties with whom Redeam partners. This enables Redeam solutions to connect with those third-parties, such as ticketing reservation systems, online travel agents, and ticket resellers, to Redeam customers such as tour and attraction operators. In addition to being responsible for this aspect of Redeam’s technology stack, Chris is also responsible for company web applications. Chris appreciates the difficult problems but can see simple solutions.

Justin Turner

VP, Sales

Justin Turner previously held the Redeam position, Director of Operator Solutions, U.S. West. A true market-maker, he has held various sales titles across a multitude of industries during his 17-year career. He began in the travel, tour, and activity space when he joined LivingSocial in its infancy. While there he helped launch the company’s Activities segment that grew from $0 to $10M in two years. Justin then had a series of promotions to and within LivingSocial’s greater Entertainment sector where his team closed and managed a $20M portfolio of entertainment touring brands including Cirque du Soleil, Harlem Globetrotters, World Wrestling Entertainment, Feld Entertainment, AEG, and Spartan Race. LivingSocial was acquired by Groupon in 2016.

Martin Harlow

Director of Global Strategic Partnerships and Business Development

A 20-year industry veteran and recognized expert on connectivity, Martin was at the forefront of the hotel industry’s digital transformation as they began accepting online bookings and electronically automating the management of multiple resell partners. He has been part of pioneering companies that led the charge of solutions that successfully solved for these problems such as SiteMinder.

Hollis Thomases

Head of Marketing & PR

An award-winning marketing veteran recognized for innovative and creative solutions, Hollis’s work generates Redeam’s thought leadership and market positioning to gain a competitive advantage, provides sales enablement and lead generation, builds market awareness and visibility opportunities, and supports fundraising.

A leader with two decades’ experience in financial, accounting, and executive leadership, Blaine is highly skilled at strategic financial planning, leading systems implementation and enterprise-wide process development for growing start-ups and middle-market companies. Blaine’s career includes scaling business operations to manage $35-90M in revenue growth, and he led the funding strategy and provided financial leadership for a successful launch of SpatialKey, a $9M SaaS company incubated and spun out of Universal Mind. Blaine has an extensive bucket list that includes touring the Powder Highway, cycling down the Danube, learning to sail, and learning a few salsa moves so his wife doesn’t have to dance alone.
