Redeam Hires Two, Promotes One as Company Prepares for Breakout Year

Company also looking to fill several Engineering positions in early 2021 with one immediate opening

Broomfield, CO (February 10, 2021) – Redeam, the leading and only independent global connectivity stack with digitized channel management and touchless voucher redemption/reconciliation solutions for the Experiences industry, today announced the hiring of one new vice president, the promotion of a director to a vice president role, and the hiring of a new Product Owner as the company prepares for what it believes will be its “breakout year” in 2021 as travel rebounds. The new hires fill newly created positions at the company. Seasoned travel industry senior executive Rachel Neal joins Redeam in the role of Vice President, Strategic Business Operations. With a diverse background in Product Management & Strategy, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success, Rachel will be overseeing Redeam’s best-in-class customer service and account management, defining innovative customer and technical solutions, and optimizing speed-to-market. She will also be supervising Tom Oglesby, who will be joining Redeam as its new Product Owner. Tom has nearly 20 years in similar roles in the travel technology industry. Redeam is also promoting Martin Harlow from Global Director to Vice President, Strategic Partnerships and Business Development. Since joining the company 19 months ago, Martin has personally been responsible for bringing 35 new distribution and reservation technology (“res-tech”) strategic partners and 16 new enterprise-class operator customers to Redeam’s worldwide ecosystem. Redeam is also looking to immediately fill the first of multiple Engineering positions. Its opening for a T3 Software Engineer can be found on the Careers page of its website.

“Redeam continues to buck the trend, building and growing its technology and workforce despite the challenges the pandemic has caused for the travel industry,” said company CEO Melanie Ryan Meador. “The demand for contactless, touchless technology in 2020 catapulted us forward in ways that exceeded our expectations. This significant increase in demand has warranted the hiring and promoting of best-in-class executives to continue to deliver on Redeam’s strong trajectory and market position.”
