Redeam Expands Global Footprint; Opens Dallas, TX, U.S. West, and London Offices

Fast-growing tours and attractions technology company opens new offices to meet growing demand by global customers

Boulder, CO (May 15, 2019) – Redeam, the tourism industry’s leading agnostic technology solution solving for problems like wide-scale API connectivity, paperless ticket redemption and reconciliation, and automated reseller management, today announced the opening of two new offices to meet its growing global demand. In addition to its corporate headquarters office located in Boulder, Colorado and its U.S. east office in New York, Redeam has now opened a London office to accommodate clients in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, a U.S. west office for U.S. clients located west of Chicago, and a Dallas office where Redeam’s specialized API connectivity team is based. Redeam serves tourist attractions, activities and tour operators worldwide.

Conceived of in 2015 and funded in 2017, Redeam has been on a fast-growing trajectory. Its original flagship product is a digitized voucher redemption solution for the tourism industry akin to the paperless mobile boarding passes airlines have been offering for years. In 2019, Redeam added a channel management solution to enable tourist attractions and activities to electronically and automatically control inventory and pricing distributed to their reselling partners. Solutions like these have existed in the hotel industry for more than 10 years now. Redeam is able to deliver its product offerings because it has built and maintains more API and connectivity solutions in its sector, seamlessly connecting tourism operators and their digital ticketing and inventory management systems to the third-party resellers with whom operators’ partner to expand sales reach.

“With even more in our pipeline and interest flowing in from around the globe, we knew that opening new office locations was a near-term inevitability,” said Redeam CEO Melanie Ryan Meador. “As we continue to solve direct-to-gate operator problems, we know we can expect demand to grow even more.”
