Redeam Adds Four New Powerhouse Attractions and Activities Hires to Sales Team

Leading travel technology company staffs-up multiple locations; hires industry veterans with deep experience to grow customer portfolio

 

Broomfield, CO (August 24, 2021) – Redeam, the leading and only independent global connectivity stack with digitized channel management and touchless voucher redemption/reconciliation solutions for the Experiences sector, today announced the hiring of four new highly-qualified Regional Sales Managers to further expand the company’s already diverse operator customer base. The hires, with more than 65 combined years of sales growth building success, will be focused on the U.S., European, and Middle East markets. All four have witnessed and participated first-hand in the early digital transformation that the analog and fragmented Experiences sector has undertaken and still in the midst of. Their awareness will be instrumental in the kind of education and consultative selling required by the technologically advanced and much-needed solutions Redeam continues to bring forward. The newest class of sales hires consists of:

  • Jon French, a 25-year travel industry veteran with a specialty in distribution strategies. Jon, who joins as Regional Sales Manager, EMEA, has worked for such connectivity-dependent companies as easyJet, HotelBeds, and Orbitz. Jon’s relevant experience includes matching supply to demand, improving marketing efficiency through data-driven decision-making, improving revenue through key pricing strategies, and reducing operational process inefficiencies.
  • Charlotte Tuffin most recently worked as the Connectivity and Digital Partnerships Manager at Attraction World, before which she was with Tripadvisor in Account and Senior Account Manager roles. Charlotte has experience selling across the spectrum, from small tour operators to large-scale attractions. At Redeam, Charlotte will be Regional Sales Manager, EMEA.
  • Sara Fried brings the attraction’s perspective directly to Redeam, having most recently worked as Head of Group Sales & Tourism at the Museum of Science in Boston. Sara’s unique insights in working with and managing hundreds of resellers will be invaluable as she embarks as Redeam’s Regional Sales Manager, U.S. Sara has nearly 20 years in sales and account management for hospitality and online travel agent (OTA) entities, including Travelocity.
  • Michael Given is another Redeam Regional Sales Manager, U.S. with deep experience working at OTAs. Michael joins Redeam from Experience sector OTA Klook, prior to which he worked at Booking.com as Market Manager – Attractions. Michael’s 10-year career also includes positions at Priceline.com and Hilton Worldwide.
