Redeam Previews Enhanced Operator Portal and Channel Manager at Arival Orlando Conference
Real-time portal will enable activity and attraction operators to load and self-manage inventory, allocations, and rates for its distributor partners and solicit new distributors that already exist on the Redeam platform
(Boulder, CO) October 29, 2019 – Redeam, the leading global connectivity stack providing digitized channel management and voucher redemption/reconciliation services to tour and activity operators, today announced from the floor of the opening day of the premier industry event for tours, attractions and activities, Arival Orlando, that it was debuting its enhanced DIY Operator Portal and Channel Manager. Tour and attraction operators who use this portal will be able to control and manage their distribution network from a single point of entry. Operators whose ticketing and reservation systems are already fully integrated with Redeam will access their single entry point directly through their ticketing system; all other operators will simply log-in directly to Redeam’s portal. With features like multi-location and multi-product administration, capacity and inventory management, rate card/rate group creation and management, pricing variation by day-of-the-week and/or by seasonality, and guest level definitions. Redeam’s portal will give operators unprecedented real-time channel management power.
“Redeam’s Product and Engineering team have developed and delivered a first-of-its-kind best in class product,” said Redeam President and CEO Melanie Meador. “I couldn’t be more proud for us to unveil this revolutionary solution to the industry in a way that gives so much direct power and control to the operators themselves, particularly if operators don’t want to have to wait for API integrations to their rez-tech, which may not be available at all.”
Redeam will be showcasing its Enhanced Operator Portal and Channel Manager at two Arival Orlando Demo Labs as well as its Networking Lounge booth. The first Demo Lab is Wednesday, October 30th at 3:00pm; the second Demo Lab is Thursday, October 31st at 11:00am. The Networking Lounge booth will be open throughout standard conference hours.
