Accomplished Tourism Business Development Pro Julie Neis Joins Redeam Ranks as Director
After a decade of experience creating tours, building partnerships with major attractions, hiring/training staff, and running operations including managing distribution, Neis will hit the ground running
Broomfield, CO (April 12, 2021) – Redeam, the leading and only independent global connectivity stack with digitized channel management and touchless voucher redemption/reconciliation solutions for the Experiences industry, today announced the addition of tourism industry veteran Julie Neis to the company as its Director, Business Development. Neis, the former Director of Business Development for Fat Tire Tours, built and scaled a multi-million-dollar tour operation in Paris and later executed global business growth initiatives by developing over 40 strategic B2B partnerships in 12 cities across six European countries. She brings her vast network and business experience to her role at Redeam. In her new capacity, Neis will be responsible for developing and maintaining new strategic partnerships with resellers, reservation/technology providers, and platforms serving the Things To Do sector. Neis’s addition to Redeam will bring significant value to its partners and help the company achieve its recent Series B funding objective of greater global growth.
“Now is an especially exciting time to join Redeam because our industry is starting over and rebuilding, and Redeam is uniquely positioned to help tour operators and attractions more readily connect to resellers,” said Neis. “I jumped at the chance to join such an industry-leading, pioneering technology company which already has an advanced, proven market position and partner-centricity around the problems they are solving.”
“Julie is an absolute industry Rockstar,” said Redeam CEO Melanie Meador. “That she has worn so many hats in our space and can so easily translate the value of distribution, connectivity, a better gate-ready guest experience, and real-time validation and inventory management to operators will be hugely important as Redeam continues to innovate and grow.”
