Redeam Adds SaaS Industry Veteran to Head-Up Customer Success Management

With her extensive 30-year career and leadership experience at technology and SaaS companies, Marics will be responsible for elevating the entire customer relations and servicing division at Redeam to ensure it offers best-in-class customer service and account management. In her capacity, Marics will be innovating customer and technical solutions and optimizing speed-to-market operator and reseller on-boarding.
Marics has a long list of exemplary professional accomplishments ranging from product development and marketing to technology engineering and operations. She holds nine U.S. patents, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech with a focus on Human Computer Interface, and a B.S. in Industrial & Operations Engineering from University of Michigan.
